The game is for all ages. Optional in-app purchases are available to every age group, subject to Apple or Google account, family and purchase-approval controls.

Licence

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game for non-commercial use. Mandatory rights and legal exceptions are not restricted.

Purchases, withdrawal and guarantees

The game may offer clearly labelled ads and optional in-app purchases. Current products, real-money prices and material characteristics are shown before purchase. Virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchased value will not be expired or materially devalued without a lawful reason.

For EU/EEA consumers, loss of the 14-day withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content requires a separate express request and acknowledgment. Merely pressing Buy is not enough. Unused purchased virtual currency remains refundable where the law requires. Store refund tools do not replace statutory rights.

Mandatory digital-content conformity rights apply, including repair or restoration, price reduction or refund where legally available. Contact support even when Apple or Google processed payment. Where Belgian law applies, the statutory conformity guarantee for a one-off supply of digital content lasts two years from delivery; continuous supplies must remain conforming during the agreed supply period. Stronger mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Local and cloud saves

Core play works offline. After you accept, the full game opens. Private platform cloud sync, ads and analytics start only after your selected age band and legal acceptance have been saved successfully and a usable platform age authority is available. If saving that choice or the platform age authority remains unresolved, the full game and player-initiated store checkout remain available, while cloud sync and analytics stay off and ads stay limited and non-personalised. Saves are kept locally and may sync through Apple or Google platform cloud-save services. Use platform and in-game controls for backups and deletion; no backup method is guaranteed against every loss.

Acceptable use

Do not exploit, interfere with, redistribute or use the service unlawfully. Enforcement must be proportionate and does not remove mandatory appeal or consumer rights.

Updates and service changes

We may make proportionate updates for security, compatibility, law and gameplay. Material adverse changes to paid content will be explained in advance where possible. A shutdown or loss of paid value will be handled consistently with mandatory consumer law. Supported operating systems and compatibility are shown in the current store listing. Online services may be interrupted for maintenance, security or provider outages; the installed core career remains playable offline where technically possible. If an online service or the game is discontinued, we will give reasonable advance notice where possible and preserve mandatory remedies and paid rights.

Law and disputes

Belgian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their home country. Contact support first; eligible Belgian consumers may use ConsumerConnect or the Consumer Mediation Service.
