Long description

Hometown FC is a mobile football tycoon about choosing the town where your club begins, growing that town from a village into a metropolis, and carrying a family legacy across seasons. You are the owner, not the manager: a Sporting Director works the transfer market and a coach runs the squad. They bring the proposals, you make the calls.

• Climb five divisions, compete in the domestic cup and qualify for three continental club competitions. Promotion, relegation, qualification and in-game prize money all matter to your budget.
• Your coach decides who plays and how the team trains. Character shapes their faith in youth, preference for experience, rotation and training intensity. You hire the staff, set the direction and decide how much to delegate; their choices shape the team you watch on Saturday.
• Follow the match on a moving 2D pitch, with player ratings, chances, weather and the crowd around it. Slow down, speed up or pause the action, or choose an instant result. The coach handles substitutions and tactical reactions. Goals, misses and big decisions give you something to argue about afterwards.
• Build a private fortune, run your family company and choose an heir. Your children grow into people with their own traits and ambitions. Follow a son’s football career through loans and transfers, consider bringing him home, and keep the family album as faces change with age. The club can outlive its first owner.
• Once your personal fortune is large enough, a late-career project opens: invest in six sectors and public works that influence the country over time.
• Reach the top division and HQ level 5 to support up to three lower-division partner clubs, develop facilities and arrange real player loans.
• See what your staff already dealt with. Routine work leaves a clear record, while the decisions that need an owner still reach your desk.
• Big stories get their own articles; smaller events join the weekly roundup. Previous choices, former players and season turning points can return to the headlines.
• Take the family business overseas and review the Managing Director’s expansion plan. Set the priorities while the director handles the day-to-day work.
• Finish the season with a score out of 100, a grade and separate marks for league performance, cup run, club income, town development and owner income.
