You're the owner. A Sporting Director works the transfer market and a coach picks the line-up; they bring you proposals and you make the calls on transfers, contracts, budgets, staff, and the club's long-term direction.

Follow the match on a moving 2D pitch, with player ratings, chances, weather and the crowd around it. Slow down, speed up or pause the action, or choose an instant result. The coach handles substitutions and tactical reactions. Goals, misses and big decisions give you something to argue about afterwards. Your coach decides who plays and how the team trains. A Managing Director runs it week to week; you set the standing dividend policy, put in capital when it needs it, and can partner it with the club to lift sponsorship, merchandise and matchday income. It grows through six stages, from Local Startup to Global Enterprise, and it can fail: miss too many board closes and it slides into administration and receivership, and a different company restarts later. It never touches ratings, tactics or results. Take the family business overseas and review the Managing Director’s expansion plan. Set the priorities while the director handles the day-to-day work.

Yes. With owner sign-off enabled, your Sporting Director works the market and brings key signings, sales, releases and loans to you for approval. You can inspect the squad first, then sign or pass.

Once your youth setup grows, you can open international camps across regions such as South America, West Africa, North Africa, East Asia and North America. Camps add academy capacity, improve foreign-prospect odds, and slowly lift the football strength of the nations you invest in.

Your town rival can be owned by another tycoon family. Their dynasty keeps its own head, trophies, promotions, relegations and derby record, so a local rivalry can become family-versus-family across generations.
