Long description

Hometown FC is a mobile football tycoon about choosing the town where your club begins, growing that town from a village into a metropolis, and carrying a family legacy across seasons. You are the owner, not the manager: a Sporting Director works the transfer market and a coach runs the squad — they bring the proposals, you make the calls.

What sets it apart from football managers:

You start with a place. Pick a country, choose a real town to call home, and build a club that feels like yours from day one.
You own the club. Approve transfers, set budgets, hire staff, and steer the club's direction — without micromanaging training drills.
You build a living town. Sixteen investments grow a village into a metropolis, and nine named locals — a Mayor, a Rival Tycoon, a Tabloid Editor, a Fan Leader, a Street Artist and four more — hold opinions that move real levers: investment costs, sponsorship value, youth quality. Town growth feeds the club with richer sponsors, louder fans and a deeper youth pool.
You climb a real pyramid. Fight up five divisions through promotion play-offs, chase the domestic cup, and play three European competitions yourself — group stage through the knockouts — for real prize money.
You build a nation. The youth you develop are called up for their countries and earn caps at the Euros and a 48-team World Cup; your nation's strength is built from the players you raised, and tournament glory lifts their value.
Matchday is a real simulation. Your coach sets up in one of eight formations and six play styles, with a tactical matchup, live expected goals, weather, fitness and substitutions — results reflect the squad, staff and town you built, never a coin flip.
Your life is part of the game. Earn a chairman's salary, buy residences, date, marry and raise children, weather the occasional family drama, and one day choose an heir — with children who have their own trust, traits and paths, plus portraits that can blend the owner's heritage with a partner's.

New owners are onboarded by Vera, the Club Secretary — a friendly in-game guide who explains every system as it becomes relevant, instead of a front-loaded tutorial.

Monetization is fair by design: no pay-to-win, no energy gates, no premium currency. Optional purchases and rewarded ads offer convenience, never power.
